First 5 Marin Children and Families Commission is an independent government agency that guides the investment of Proposition 10 funds in Marin County for the benefit of children 0 to 5. First 5 Marin advances opportunities for all children in Marin to enter school healthy and ready to learn and to thrive with the support of their family and community.
